Guardian

Tell me about your problems,
My shoulders broad defence,
Hold my hand I’ll help you,
Beat the dragon down,
No worldly beasts will scare me,
No ghosts affect my shield,
If it’s vengeance that you’re after,
I’ll serve you with my steel.

In your darkest moment,
 When hope cast you aside,
In my arms I suggest you shelter,
I’m not the type to hide,
I’m not the type to shudder,
When most would feel alarmed,
I know not my own limitations,
Believe magic powers to hand,
Believe I am a messenger,
Alive and here profound.
