Fill it full of rhymes,

Sing the song again and again,

Tattoo it on their minds,

Write a little poem,

Pad the poem out,

Add some mindless metaphors

Sing it, scream or shout,

Look like conscious difference,

Freak ya parents out,

Tell em this is who ya always been,

Then start believing ya-self,

Become your peers,

You’re right on top,

All you do defines the times,

Lead the pack, demonstrate,

A reason why ya wild,

Learn about some politics,

Think about real life?

Comment on infatuation,

Drugs, law, life and scars,

Suddenly it’s all come true,

Ya built a rock n’ roll style,

Write it down in history books,

Shocked em’, ruled, defiled,

Sadly that’s the end of you,

Ya fires burning out,

Ya never gonna live too old,

The rules dictate ya fold.
